Pile and Trussels
The pile (bearing the obverse) had a spike on the end, which could be driven into a large tree stump, before which sat the coiner, who then positioned the hot, malleable flan on the pile with a pair of tongs. The trussel, or reverse die, was then positioned over the flan. The hammerman used great force to strike impressions simultaneously into both sides of the coin.

ОÑтаналото не ме затруднÑва, но подозирам че м оже би на българÑки има Ñпецифични термини, които да ÑъответÑтват на тези двата. Има ли нÑкой предÑтава от това?
